THIS IS A SERIOUS TRADESMAN BUILT MOTOR HOME,FAR FROM A BUDGET STYLE VEHICLE.
Bond Deposit (cash)
A deposit is required for all vehicles at time of pickup. On return the vehicle must be completely clean, toilet cassette emptied and fuel tank filled. Deposit will not be refunded if these have not been completed.
Insurance
In the event of an accident additional insurance payment will be collected. (Excess $2000.00). Insurance for property loss is not included, you must organize your own.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is Cash, Bank cheque or Direct Deposit.
Driver's Licence & Minimum Age
Must have current Driver's Licence (Proof needed). Preffered minimum age 40 years, maximum 78 years.
Rental Deposits
10% of hire is required at time of booking.
Cancellation Fees
If cancelled 25 days prior to pick up - deposit returned.
No refund if cancellation 7 days or less.
Special circumstances may be given and bookings may be deferred if Management agrees.
There is no refund for late pick up or early return of vehicle.
Customer's vehicles
We are happy to store your vehicle in our yard at no extra cost, awaiting your return.
Destination/Road restrictions
Vehicles may be driven in all states. The vehicle can only be driven on recognized roads (mapped).
Repairs
Management must authorize all repairs/tyre replacements.
Please note: Windscreen damage is not covered by insurance, customer will need to pay.
Service
Mercedes Benz Road Care covers this vehicle.
Traffic Infringement
We reserve the right to charge the renter for any speeding or parking fines, traffic infingements or road toll fines. An additional fee of $60.00 will apply for the cost of proecessing.
RELOCATION AND PICK UP COST CAN APPLY.
NO ANIMALS OR SMOKING IN VEHICLE.
We reserve the right to refuse any rental at our discretion.
